Canon Launches I-SENSYS LBP3100 Monochrome Laser Printer

Canon is not a brand known for laser printers, but its good work in photo printing could rub off on its laser performance as well. Their latest introduction is the entry level monochrome laser printer, i-SENSYS LBP3100. The manufacturer claims that the printer is an energy and space saver along with top notch basic operations.
The printer offers a maximum printing resolution of 600 X 600 dpi which is standard for mono laser printers. With a monthly duty cycle of 5000 pages/month, this printer will be restricted to homes and small offices. Printing speed is above average at 16ppm. The printer comes with a single 150-page tray, the absence of a second tray is notable.
