Hewlett-Packard (HP) announced it has released its latest Deskjet series of printers for home and home office customers, 20 years after the Deskjet was first launched. Four new easy-to-use printers have been launched to provide users with an intuitive, reliable and quality home printing option at an affordable price.
The DeskJet printers are inkjets. Cheaper to buy but slower and more expensive per page, but inkjets are capable of printing laboratory-like photos, which you cannot do with lasers.
Unless you have a brand new printer that comes with a setup disk, there is no need to download a printer driver from the Web. The drivers for HP Deskjet printers are included in Windows XP.
Each of the HP Deskjet printers also include ink level indicators to allow users to gauge, well in advance, when it is time to replace a cartridge.
HP Deskjet F4280 All-in-One Printer: printer, copier and scanner capable of printing up to 20 pages per minute in black, and 14 pages per minute.
